Two New Additions to the Bensons Team

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing both our service offerings and operational efficiency, it was a natural step for us to strengthen our team with skilled individuals who can help us continue to grow and succeed.

To introduce them and understand the valuable contributions they’ll be making, we decided to take a more personal approach. Instead of simply introducing them, we asked Qasim and Gemma to share a bit about themselves and their roles here at Bensons. Here’s what they said:

Qasim:

When did you join Bensons?

I joined Bensons at the start of the year on the 28^th of January.

What does your job role entail?

I manage the preparation of quotes and proposals for clients. I combine technical expertise and customer-focused communication to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements efficiently.

What are you most looking forward to at Bensons?

I am most looking forward to developing outstanding solutions for our customers, whilst at the same time driving progress at Bensons by automating key processes and improving efficiency across the company. My goal is to implement solutions that streamline operations and foster growth.

What do you get up to when you’re not at work?

Outside of work I’m family-oriented and enjoy staying active through sports like badminton, football, squash, and paddle. I also have a passion for travel – I’ve visited eight countries so far and I aim to double that in the next two years.

Gemma:

When did you join Bensons?

I joined in March 2025.

What does your job role entail?

My job includes collaborating with customers and the internal teams at Bensons to translate client requirements into high-quality proposals.

What are you most looking forward to at Bensons?

With my previous experience being within the medical industry, I am looking forward to enhancing my estimator knowledge within a different business area and learning the ins and outs of control panels.

What do you get up to when you’re not at work?

I love spending time with my family, going to the cinema, and also crocheting!
